Ventana – Indio

Ventana is a 45 acre former farm located in the city of Indio less than a half mile from the Empire Polo Grounds, home of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach Festival. Kraemer Land Company partnered with GHA Companies, a seasoned local developer, to rezone and entitle the land for +/- 103 single family residential lots ranging in size from 7,000 to 23,000 SF.
