Yorkville Construction Loan

The Yorkville construction loan allowed KLC to step in and provide financing on the final phase of GHA Companies’ existing development in Bermuda Dunes, CA after the previous lender was unable to perform due to financial regulators and an overly conservative credit officer. The loan covered 15 homes and was fully repaid in March 2018.
