Genesis Development Loan

As a complement to the construction loan, the Genesis Development Loan encumbered all remaining lots not included in the phased construction financing. 2 model homes and a 3.2 acre commercial parcel at the corner of Gerald Ford and Portola was also included as collateral. Lots were released from the development loan and added to the construction loan as home production progressed.
