Genesis at Millennium is a 166 lot single family development located at the intersection of Gerald Ford Road and Portola Avenue in the City of Palm Desert. The property is part of a larger 100 acre master planned development incorporating Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, and Retail product types. The site is just South of the proposed Portola Freeway off ramp and near the San Bernardino State University campus and Eisenhower Medical Facilities.
