NAPA COMMERCE CENTER is comprised of four industrial buildings currently occupied by a total of 6 tenants primarily consisting of wine logistics requiring conditioned warehouse space. The project sits on the Southwest corner of Highways 12 and 29 in Napa, CA. Up to three buildings remain to be built in future phases.
