Susan Gordon joined Kraemer Land Company, Inc. in 2007. Under her guidance, Kraemer Land Company Inc. provides full service accounting systems to all clients including financial statement preparation, rent statement generation, accounts payable management, cash management and custom accounting reports. Ms. Gordon was responsible for the successful implementation of MRI accounting software company wide. In addition, Ms. Gordon is the key management contact with all banking relationships on behalf of the company to provide services and features to the partners and tenants of Kraemer Land Company. Ms. Gordon works closely with property managers to ensure the completion of timely and accurate accounting, budgeting and financial reporting. In addition, she oversees the supervision and management of corporate and partnership accounting.
