MATTHEW FERREE

Matthew Ferree is responsible for the execution and oversight of acquisitions, dispositions, financing and joint venture equity at Kraemer Land Company. Over his tenure with the company, he has participated in over $500 million of real estate transactions which span commercial assets, residential development, land entitlement, financing as both borrower and lender, and more. Mr. Ferree has developed various financial models used in the underwriting process in addition to being an advanced user of Argus Enterprise, Kardin Budget, and MRI Accounting software. Mr. Ferree regularly interfaces with JV partners and borrowers to actively manage Kraemer Land Company and their client’s investments. Additionally, Mr. Ferree prepares and presents executive level reports for board members, the investment committee, and partners.
