Brett S. Albrecht is a veteran of Southern California real estate with extensive experience in property acquisition, underwriting, debt & equity structuring, asset management, property management, construction/project management and marketing. Since 2004, Mr. Albrecht has worked closely with the Board of Directors while implementing its ownership and operations of commercial real estate and joint venture projects. Mr. Albrecht has successfully coordinated over $1.2 billion of dispositions, acquisitions, equity structures and debt on behalf of Kraemer Land Company, Inc. and its partners. Mr. Albrecht also serves as the designated broker of record for Kraemer Land Company, Inc. and is a licensed Broker in the State of California.
