Brett S. Albrecht, President of Kraemer Land Company, Inc., is a veteran of Southern California commercial real estate with extensive experience in property acquisition, underwriting, debt & equity structuring, asset management, property management, construction/project management and marketing.
Since 2004, Mr. Albrecht has worked closely with Kraemer Land Company and FKC Board of Directors implementing its ownership and operations of commercial real estate and joint venture projects. Mr. Albrecht has successfully coordinated over $1 billion of dispositions, acquisitions and debt on behalf of FKC LLC and Kraemer Land Company, Inc. Mr. Albrecht serves as the designated broker of record for Kraemer Land Company, Inc. and is a licensed Broker in the State of California.
Prior to joining Kraemer Land Company, Mr. Albrecht spent over twenty years in senior and executive level management in Southern California’s development and commercial real estate markets. During his tenure, Mr. Albrecht has been involved in the leasing, acquisition, disposition and the procurement of debt / equity valued in excess of $2 billion.
Mr. Albrecht is a guest lecturer at California State Polytechnic University – Pomona speaking to both undergraduate and graduate curriculums related to finance and development.
