Prism – Eagle Rock

Prism was Kraemer Land Company’s first Joint Venture Partnership with Planet Home Living. The project utilized a compact lot urban infill development strategy in the trendy Eagle Rock neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles. The 0.55 acre parcel was mapped for 15 single family detached homes.

The architecture consists of mid-century modern construction and includes single family homes ranging from 1,540 to 1,700 SF with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. Construction began in August 2014 after Planet Home Living successfully navigated several site challenges and changing city requirements. The project was sold out within 3 weeks after the model was opened with the final home closing in June 2016.
