Arterro at La Costa – Carlsbad
Arterro at La Costa consists of 63 single family residential lots which were part of a larger master-planned community entitled by Property Development Centers (PDC), Safeway’s development subsidiary. The community is located near the intersection of Rancho Santa Fe Road and La Costa Avenue in Carlsbad, CA. PDC is in the process of developing a 285,000 square foot retail shopping center directly adjacent to the site and has sold the residential components to builders.
Davidson Communities, with the lots under contract, reached out to Landmark Capital for an equity partner. Subsequently, Isles Ranch Partners (IRP) in conjunction with TPG Credit Management and Kraemer Land Company provided the necessary equity to build out the project. Models officially opened February 2014 while the final sale occurred May 2016.
